We held the 2nd Inbound Seminar of the year 2018 at Eastpia Miyako on March 13th, 2019.
During the Rugby World Cup which will be held from September this year, Kamaishi will host two matches. Miyako City will be the official team campsite for Fiji. In light of this, we held a seminar to know more about the Republic of Fiji. In the first half, Mr. Manabu Kikuchi, Kamaishi / Iwate Branch Manager of Rugby World Cup 2019 Organising Committee, told us about the details of the matches and the preparation. In the second half, Mr. Josua Kerevi, who is from Fiji and working as sports exchange advisor for Akita Prefecture, gave a lecture entitled "BULA FIJI".
About 100 people participated in the seminar, and learned about Rugby World Cup 2019 and also about the Republic of Fiji.
