On Dec. 10, 2017, we had "International Christmas Party in Miyako" at Flatpia Miyako. 31 people from Japan, America, Philippines, Namibia, China, England, and Ireland joined this international party.
We made traditional Christmas sweets of Germany "Mutzenmandeln", and Gluhwein (mulled wine). We tasted various Christmas sweets of foreign countries, had an acoustic live of American duo, and exchanged presents.

and the party was really lively and fun !
Ms. Kasie Dodge from America performed a beautiful christmas song after the cooking session
Mr. Togo Sasaki, who lived in Germany for several years, showed how to make Mutzenmandeln, while the participants staring at him attentively

After eating sweets, we enjoyed the performance of a Christmas song ("Baby, it's cold outside") by Kasie and Tanner from the US. Many participants brought homemade sweets and fruit. Thank you so much !
We hope that many people will join our Christmas party again next year.
