From July 8th to 12th, the official delegation of Miyako City visited Yantai City in China, which is a friendship and cooperation city of Miyako. They visited also Dalian and Beijing.
2018 markes the 25th anniversary of the conclusion of the agreement of friendship and cooperation cities between Miyako City and Yantai City. This relationship between two cities started when Dr. Goto, Chairman of Miyako International Association and of Japan-China Friendship Associaion in Miyako and also Director of Goto Urology and Dermatology Clinic, donated kidney dialysis machines to Yantai YEDA Hospital through Miyako City.
During their visit to Yantai, they made a courtesy call on Mayor Chang. And when they visited Yantai YEDA Hospital, a medical special contribution award of Yantai Development Area was delivered to Dr. Goto from the hospital.
