We held an event of Nihongo Hiroba "Disaster Preparedness Training" at Miyako Central Public Hall on March 4, 2018.
We invited a staff of Crisis Management Dept. of Miyako City as lecturer. We learned how to read hazard maps, and together with international participants, we learned Japanese terms which are often used at the time of disaster. Then, we had a group work and a role-play about what to do at a evacuation shelter. 31 people joined this event.
