This vast plateau area is a treasury of nature designated a prefectural nature conservation area. You can command a view of Mount Kabuto-myojin-dake (altitude of 1,005 m), and there are a white-birch forests and grasslands spreading at its foot.
This center provides information about walking courses through Mount Kabuto-myojin-dake, Kuzakai-kogen Highlands, and white-birth forests among others. Please use the center to take a rest after walking. You can also take a shower.
There are outdoor kitchen and campsite facilities in the premises.
